At the 2018 Crescent Vårgårda Women's WorldTour road race, Marianne Vos was caught in a crash and tumbled off the road into a deep ditch.
After climbing out and back onto her bike, she attacked and rode off the front with the leader of the Women's World Tour, Anna van der Breggen.
After being caught, Vos surprised the field with a late attack into the final turn and took the win over sprinters Kirsten Wild and Lotta Lepistö.
