Dutch rider Demi Vollering won the 2023 Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift on Sunday after Marlen Reusser claimed the final-stage time trial in Pau.

Omloop Het Nieuwsblad kicks off the 2022 spring classics, and is the first of the 2022 Flanders Classics, a six-part series featuring some of the sport's most iconic one-day cobbled races.

Omloop Het Nieuwsblad kicks off the 2022 Spring Classics season on February 26th, the first of the season's major one-day WorldTour events. FloBikes will stream all six Flanders Classics events to subscribers in the U.S., Canada and Australia.

Italy's Elisa Balsamo won the women's world road race title on Saturday ending a four-year run of success for Dutch riders. The 23-year-old held off a challenge by the Netherlands' three-time champion Marianne Vos to take the rainbow jersey after a gruelling 157.7 kilometres ride under clear blue skies. Balsamo crossed the line with her arms spread wide in celebration as she became the first Italian to win the title since Giorgia Bronzini won the second of her two titles in 2011.

The UCI Road World Championship road race in Flanders, Belgium takes place on September 25 and 26th. The Flanders region is a hotbed for professional cycling, known for its steep, and often cobbled climbs.

“The Race of Truth” comes to the 2021 UCI Road World Championships in Knokke-Heist, Belgium for the elite women on September 20th. The women’s individual time trial is 30.3km. While slightly shorter than the men's, both races will pass through Damme before finishing in the heart of Bruges.

The last time the Tour de France held a women's stage race was in 1988. Unlike the La Course by Le Tour de France — a one-day race that the Tour's organizers have put on for women since 2014 — the new event will be a multi-stage race from July 24-31 and will be sponsored by Zwift. The Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift will begin after the men's race ends, with riders embarking from the iconic Champs-Élysées in Paris on the same day the men finish racing.

22 teams are ready to race the 8th edition of La Course, before the return of a women’s Tour de France set to launch in 2022. La Course is set for Saturday, in conjunction with the opening stage of the men’s Tour de France start in Brittany, between Brest and Landerneau. The 107 kilometer hilly course will end at the top of the cote de la Fosse aux Loups.

Back for its eighth edition, the women's La Course by Le Tour will tackle the same demanding and technical terrain as the men face on the opening stage of the 2021 Tour de France.

The Ardennes classics concludes with the oldest of cycling’s five monuments this Sunday, April 25.

The women will kick off an explosive day of racing and the start of the Ardennes classics at the Amstel Gold Race. 

The women’s Ronde Van Vlaanderen is the most hotly contested one-day race for the pro women’s peloton. 

The depth of the women's peloton has led to unpredictable and explosive racing during this year's spring classics. With the inaugural women's Paris-Roubaix postponed until October 2nd, all eyes turn to the Tour of Flanders this Sunday.
