Four-time Tour de France winner Chris Froome was on Friday left out of Israel Premier Tech's eight-rider roster for this year's race.
Hugo Houle, 32, made his Tour de France debut at the 2019 event and has competed each year since. The 2023 race will mark his fifth consecutive appearance.
Michael Woods, a 36-year-old climber from the Ontario area, will be competing in the Tour de France for the fourth time. He made his debut in 2019 and returned in 2021 and 2022.
