Australian sprint star Caleb Ewan, a five-time Tour de France stage winner, aims to reignite his career after signing a one-year contract with Ineos Grenadiers on Thursday.

Ewan Eyes Return To Winning Ways

The 30-year-old sprinter, with 63 professional wins under his belt—including five stages on the Giro d'Italia and one on the Vuelta a España—joins Ineos after two challenging seasons with Lotto and Jayco-AlUla.

"This is a really exciting new challenge for me and a fantastic opportunity to get back to my best," Ewan said in a team statement. "In 2025, my goal is to return to winning big races. It's been a few years since I've won some of those major events but I firmly believe I have it in me."

Ineos Looks To Bounce Back

Ineos Grenadiers, facing a difficult period after losing Tom Pidcock to Q36.5 last month, hopes Ewan's arrival can help revive the team's fortunes. The British outfit recorded its fewest wins last season since its inception in 2010, making Ewan's signing a potential turning point.
