Almost the entire month of July 2025 will belong to the Tour de France 2025, and there won’t be any shortage of potential storylines, history and memorable moments.
The Tour de France 2025 will kick off July 5 with a 185-kilometer loop around Lille, France, marking the first time since 2021 the 21-stage race has started in France. The 2022, 2023 and 2024 races began in Denmark, Spain and Italy, respectively.
The 2025 race will conclude July 27 in a return to its traditional final stage on the Champs-Élysées in the heart of Paris, and likely with an exciting sprint finish.
The 2024 TDF wrapped with a 33.7-kilometer time trial from Monaco to Nice, due to Paris being unavailable because of preparations that were happening for the upcoming 2024 Summer Olympics.
